  • From area marked by red and white stake or with line with GUR.

In the interest of all, please note that all par 3s are to be played as a call on hole.

Red Grass

Red grass is to be treated as a lateral water hazard. Proceed under rule 26-1.

Ground Under Repair

Ground under repair is defined by white lines. Proceed under rule 25-1.

General Golf Etiquette

  • All persons must register at the golf shop before beginning to play. Guests will be required to sign in the guest book or complete a guest card on the first tee.
  • U.S.G.A and R&A rules shall govern all play except as modified by local rules.
  • Appropriate golf attire is required for all players.

Regulations & Registration

  • The course only allows maximum fivesomes to play without a golf cart. If the golfers would like to have sixsomes, the course requires that all the golfers must use golf carts, to increase the speed of play.
  • The following are prohibited on the course property:
    • Pets
    • Fishing, swimming or wading in the creeks and ponds
    • Bicycles, ATV, mopeds and skateboards
    • Abusive language, horseplay and intoxication
    • Fishing for golf balls
  • All food and beverages must be purchased from the golf course restaurant, coffee shop or kiosks. No food or beverages are allowed to be brought onto the club premises
  • Please do not interrupt other golfers. The pace of play shall be maintained

Number of Players Per Group

  • Minimum of 3 golfers and maximum of 5 golfers
  • A group of less than 3 golfers is allowed only on non-crowded days. During crowded days, a group of less than 3 golfers must consider the possibility of joining another group.

Keep It Safe

  • Do not hit the ball until you are certain that the group ahead of you is out of range.
  • If your ball appears headed toward another player, another group, or staff working at the course, give them a warning by yelling out “FORE!”
  • Follow our course’s signs and instructions strictly.
  • Observe the safety suggestions posted in golf carts and drive carefully.
  • Keep your cart off the grass as much as possible.
  • Never throw a club in anger. In addition to being rude and childish, it could also be dangerous and damage the course.

Pace of Play

  • A suggested time to finish a round of golf at our club is four to four and a half hours.
  • Be ready to play by the tee off at least 10 – 15 minutes before your “Tee off” time. Tee off time at 8:00am means the ball flies at 8:00!!
  • Choose the correct set of tees from which to play.
  • Mulligans are not allowed on crowded days (players waiting behind), which will be the advice from our starter. (In case of using mulligans, do limit them to no more than one mulligan per nine)
  • One player is only allowed to play one ball
  • Keep your round moving by being prepared to hit your shot when it is your turn. You probably don't like waiting on other groups - don't make other groups wait on you.
  • The player who is away hits first in a group. However, in friendly matches (as opposed to tournament play), this rule can be ignored in favor of "ready play" - players hit as they are ready. All players should agree to "ready play" before it is put into effect.
  • If you are unsure whether your ball has come to rest out of bounds (OB), or may be lost, immediately hit a provisional ball so that you won't have to return to the spot to replay the shot. If you are playing a recreational match with, shall we say, a "loose interpretation" of the rules, then simply drop a new ball somewhere around the area where your ball was lost and keep playing.
  • Do not spend too much time looking for a lost ball, particularly if there is a group behind you ready to play. If you insist on taking the full five minutes allotted to look for lost balls, golf etiquette says wave up the group behind to allow them to play through.
  • Always try to keep pace with the group ahead of you. If space opens in front of you, allow a faster group to play through.
  • When walking from your cart to your ball, take a couple of clubs with you. Taking only one club, then having to return to the cart to retrieve a different club, is a huge time-waster.
  • Always leave the putting green as soon as your group has finished putting.
  • If you come across a group of slow players, please contact our marshall for assistance.
  • Our marshall will be monitoring the course on regular basis to manage a good pace and provide assistance for all of concerns. Practice is not allowed on the golf course. The practice range and the practice putting greens should be used for all practice.
  • If a group fails to keep its place on the course and loses more than one (1) clear hole on the group ahead the marshals will ask the group to please get back into position. If the group is not able to keep pace, the marshal will ask them to pick up and move into position or allow the faster groups to play through. Course marshals have full authority on the golf course to enforce all rules and speed of play.
  • Players who stop after any hole for any reason may not delay the following foursome and are expected to give way in order to maintain continuity of play.
  • Each player must have his or her own set of clubs.
  • Be kind to the Course

Golf Cart

  • Follow signs and instructions on the course strictly.
  • For cart users, our carts are allowed to travel through the fairway in a 90 degree rules. However, on a wet day, please keep the carts on path only.
  • Proceed down the cart path until perpendicular to ball
  • Drive directly out to the ball
  • After hitting a shot, drive directly back to path
  • When reaching a distance of 30 yards from the green the cart must be returned to the path and remain on the path throughtout the next tee.
  • Keep carts away from greens and hazards.
  • Golf carts shall be kept in the middle of the paths. Wheels should not go off the pavement and dog ear path edges and turf. Only passing carts may go off the path but then must immediately return to the path. When parked, golf carts should be completely on the cart paths.
  • Golf carts are restricted to paths at all times on the following par3 s: Hole Number 3,6,13,16

  • Caddies are to serve you during your round by handling your golf bag, taking care of your clubs, helping you finding your golf ball in and out of fairways.
  • Caddies are to maintain good condition of the course during your round, including fixing divots and ball marks.
  • Caddies can also provide useful information about the course in general, including layouts, hazards, breaks and lines on the greens.
